• The referral must be a new client who is not currently instructed, negotiating, or under contract with our company at the time of referral. 

• The referred client must formally instruct us to sell or let their property and complete the transaction for the vouchers to become valid.

• The referral must be made in advance of any introduction, marketing, or negotiation with the referred party.

• The referrer must provide their full name and all contact details at the time of referral so the voucher can be issued.

• Only one voucher per completed transaction will be awarded, regardless of the number of referrers. This would be the first referrer if more than one.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

• The voucher will be issued within 28 days of completion of the sale or sixth paid rental period (for lettings).
